Welcome to VedaAgni. These Terms of Use (also “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VedaAgni website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (the “User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are & Scope of Services

1. About VedaAgni
   VedaAgni is a devotional platform that enables devotees to book sacred homams, pujas, sevas, and rituals online, which are performed at temples, by accredited priests, or at designated sacred venues.
   
   
2. What We Do

• Facilitate bookings for rituals, ceremonies, and sevas (the “Services”).
• Provide livestreaming, photo/video evidence, and updates to Users after rituals are performed.
• Offer additional features such as donation options, “prasadam” delivery (where applicable)
  
  

1. Third-Party Providers / Priests / Temples
   The actual performance of rituals is done by priests, temples, trusts, or campaigners (collectively “Service Providers”). VedaAgni acts as a facilitator platform — we match Users with Service Providers and facilitate communications, payments, and proof of service.

2. User Accounts, Registration & Responsibilities

1. Registration & Eligibility

• To avail certain features, you may need an account.
• You represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding agreements.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and to update it when changed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You shall immediately notify VedaAgni of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
  
  

1. Single Account, No Misuse

• Each user is generally permitted one account, unless otherwise approved.
• You must not impersonate another person or use another’s account without authorization.
• You may not use our Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

1. Booking Rituals / Sevas

• When you book a seva or homam, you must provide necessary details (names, date, variant, address, etc.).
• Booking is subject to availability and confirmation by the Service Provider.
  
  

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once a ritual is performed, no refund is permitted.
• If a booking has not been performed, cancellation requests may be considered subject to the Platform’s policy and the timing of the request.
• Any request for cancellation must be made within 3 days of booking, and VedaAgni reserves the right to refuse cancellations at its discretion.
  
  

1. Errors, Duplicates & Technical Glitches
   In cases of system errors, duplicate bookings, or payment gateway issues, you may reach out to our support team for review and possible cancellation or refund, as per our internal policy.
   
   

4. Proof, Livestream & Evidence of Rituals

• Where applicable, VedaAgni ensures that Users receive video recordings, photographs, livestream links, or other forms of proof of the ritual’s performance.
• The quality, resolution, and method of proof may vary depending on the Service Provider’s capabilities and location.
• VedaAgni does not guarantee uninterrupted livestream or perfect video quality (due to technical or network constraints).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the Platform — text, images, videos, logos, design, software, trademarks — is owned or licensed by VedaAgni or its partners.
• You may view, download, or print portions of the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the Platform’s content beyond permitted use, without written consent.

6. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

1. “As Is” Basis
   The Platform and all services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
   
   
2. No Guarantee of Results
   While rituals are performed with sincere intention, VedaAgni makes no guarantee regarding the spiritual outcomes, efficacy, or benefits of any seva or homam.
   
   
3. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall VedaAgni, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or usage, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or performance of rituals, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
   
   
4. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VedaAgni and its representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or your communications or dealings with service providers.

7. Modifications, Termination & Suspension

• VedaAgni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service of the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
• We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will have a “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate your access (or your account) if you breach these Terms or for other reasons, at our discretion.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, to which you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

9. Notices & Communications

• Notices from VedaAgni to Users will be sent via email or posted on the Platform.
• Notices to VedaAgni must be sent to vedaagnihomam@gmail.com
  Electronic communications shall be considered valid written notice.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

1. Severability
   If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Waiver
   Failure or delay by VedaAgni to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
3. Assignment
   You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. VedaAgni may assign or transfer them in whole or in part.
   
   
4. Entire Agreement
   These Terms (along with the Privacy Policy and any documents expressly referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and VedaAgni regarding the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
