After booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation (via email or messaging) with a booking ID. Prior to the scheduled time, we’ll share the link for the live Video. After completion, we’ll send you proof (video or images), and deliver any prasadam (sacred offering) if included

Many sevas do include prasadam. We maintain a dedicated kitchen (paakashala) where the prasadam is prepared under pure and hygienic conditions. After the ritual, it is packaged and shipped to your address. The timeline may vary, and not all sevas include prasadam (check the seva details before booking)
